As a final project for science as we wrapped up with studying the solar system, students researched planets and created models to share with the class. Each student chose a planet and did research so that they could make an accurate model of their chosen planet. As students taught the class about their planets, the class kept notes in a planet book noting important facts about the planets and drew pictures. This was a great lesson to have students teach their peers about the planets in the solar system. :)
